"Vanished" Book Review

Vanished, Private Justice Series #1

"Vanished" by Irene Hannon

Reporter Moira Harrisons is lost. In the dark. In a thunderstorm. When a confusing detour places her on a rural, wooded road, she's startled by the sudden appearance of a lone figure caught in the beam of her headlights. Though Moira jams on her brakes, the car careens across the wet pavement--and the solid thump against the side of the vehicle tells her she hit the person before she crashes into a tree on the far side of the road.

MY REVIEW:
Irene Hannon is a master of mystery and suspense and this book lives up to that. I was on the edge of my seat following Moira as she decides she has to help the young woman that she is sure she hit with her car in the middle of a storm, but then disappears. She starts to wonder if she is just going crazy until details start to unwind. But will her reporter's knack to find a good story get her in serious trouble as she finds herself entwined in  in dangerous web and may end up fighting for her own life.

I loved this book and am excited for the next two in this series. I love a good mystery/suspense and Irene Hannon writes some of the best!

This review is my honest opinion. Thanks to the publishers for my copy to review,
