I am reading this book right now and really enjoying it. The setting is very rich in the palace where a young woman has stepped into a very unusual position for her time. Head scribe for the Queen. She steps into it wholeheartedly leaving her personal life non-existent. She is thrust into a marriage when the Queen tries to do her a favor. And then the story is only beginning...
