A troop of us drove up to Norfolk, NE (4 hours away) to see a concert. Francesca Battistelli was going to be there and we had been planning for over a month to go. That would be me, my daughters - Sarah, Chloe and Paige, my mom, my friend Sapphira, and two of my dancers - Jessica and Skye and Skye's mom, Tracy. We are all huge Francesa Battistelli fans, and it didn't hurt that Brandon Heath and Leeland were going to be there too. It had been so long since I'd been to a concert, but if I was going to go - it was going to be to a concert I really wanted to be at. Boy do I have good taste! The concert was amazing and I wanted to share a little of it with you...

I think my daughter went to this concert a week or 2 ago. They were at her college. I was so jealous! They get some amazing people playing there.

Wednesday was actually the opening night of their new tour, the Follow Me tour. So all 3 of them were probably not there. But that is awesome that her college brings in some great acts - anything to make studying more worthwhile!
It looks like it was well worth the trip! :) We had Francesca at our radio station last year in the summer for a coffee house, and she was just a doll. Brandon Heath came down for a YoungLife event too. Such great artists with such big hearts. :)
