MY REVIEW:
Another chapter in the fantastic YA series, It's All About Us. Tidings of Great Boys is a great addition to what has become a favorite series for me. I am looking forward to my girls reading it and enjoying it as well. The sad thing is that I know there is only one more coming out in this series and I'll be sad to see these girls go, although I'm sure they need to grow up sometime :-)
One of the clever things about this series is that time passes from book to book, but each book is narrated by a different girl. So you get to really know these very different girls intimately at different stages. They all go to the same school but come from very different backgrounds. God has them at different places in their lives and so we see some of them being Christians and some of them not being Christians from different perspectives.
This particular book takes us over seas to Mac's family castle where everyone is spending Christmas break. But havoc reigns when Mac accidentally releases a video clip of one of the girls talking about being a princess and it becomes a YouTube sensation... out of context. Then of course, Mac's family castle may not be remaining in the family much longer, is there anything she can do about that? Where is life going to go for Mac from here?
Mac is the last of the girls that we had yet to meet and she is quite fun. Next and last, we go back to Lissa who was the original narrator and I can't wait to see how she will wrap this series all up!

Not sure if the sisterhood of the traveling pants are considered a series but thats all the YA books I can think of that would be in a series that I enjoyed well besides this series since I have the first two books so far! Thanks for the chance to win this book.

This is one of my favorite YA series, BUT...I am also quite fond of the Diary of a Teenage Girl series by Melody Carlson. Let me tell you, these books all rock, and I only wish I had books like that to read when I was a teen. :) As it is I share the books I read now with my nieces. :) Thanks!
